Who we are

Waypoint Service Co., Ltd (CÔNG TY TNHH DỊCH VỤ WAYPOINT), enterprise code 0111323302, registered address 6th Floor, Building 6B, Song Da Mixed-Use Building, 131 Tran Phu Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. What we collect

We only ask for what we need to answer your request. We never ask for identity document numbers.

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone number, company, website, country, time zone, message and project details, and any files you choose to attach.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, the position, your English level, the shifts you can work and your CV.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page you came from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid). We use it to protect our forms from spam and to know which channel brought your request.
• Cookies, as described below.

Why we use it

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on each form or by accepting optional cookies. This follows Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, both in force from 1 January 2026.

• To reply to your message, prepare a quote and discuss a possible agreement with you.
• To review job applications and contact candidates.
• To keep the website and forms secure and free of spam.
• With your consent only: to measure website visits and the results of our ads.

How long we keep it

• Contact and quote requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we sign an agreement, in which case records are kept as the agreement and accounting rules require.
• Job applications: deleted within 6 months after the recruitment closes, unless you agree that we keep your application longer.
• Technical security logs: up to 12 months.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal data. It is seen only by the Waypoint staff who handle your request, and by service providers that help us run the website:

• Our hosting provider in Vietnam, which stores the website and its database.
• Our email provider (Google), which delivers form notifications and our replies and may process data outside Vietnam.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.

Cookies

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

• Necessary cookies keep the site secure, make forms work and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us see which pages are useful. Off until you accept them.
• Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta) measure the results of our ads. Off until you accept them.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before. Email waypointbusinessservice@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

Visitors from the United States and Europe

Wherever you are, you have the rights described above, including the right to know what we collect, to access and delete your data, and to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information. Your data is stored on servers in Vietnam and may be processed by our email provider in other countries.

Security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Files you upload are stored outside the public part of the website and can only be opened by authorized Waypoint staff after signing in.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
