Frequently asked questions
Can we approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample. If the sample is not right, we adjust it and make a new one.
Do you ship to our door?
Yes, by air express or sea freight to your address, depending on quantity and deadline. Import duties and taxes at the destination are paid by the customer.
Who owns our logo and designs?
Your logos and designs stay yours. We use them only to make your order.
Can you make a product that is not on your list?
Yes. Send us the product, quantity and deadline, and our sourcing team will look for a workshop in our network that can make it.
What documents come with each order?
A purchase order under the master agreement, a commercial invoice and a packing list. Export customs clearance is handled by our shipping partner.
